Wukong Rework, Rumours, Release Date and More



League of Legends Patch 10.2 is on its way to the PBE, its patch notes revealing a Wukong rework that was in the works for a while but not ready for release in Patch 10.1

With Patch 10.2 just entering the testing period on the PBE, there's currently no set release date. If it follows the current schedule, the patch could go live in two weeks' time. As with other League of Legends PBE patches, changes can occur prior to its release on live servers. We'll keep updating this article as we learn new details, so make sure you check back.


League of Legends Patch Notes 10.2


Riot Games is approaching the Wukong rework in Patch 10.2 with the following three goals in mind:

• Shift Wukong's power towards the early game and away from the late game, while remaining roughly power neutral in the long run

• Give Wukong players the tools they need to feel competitively viable in early lane phase/jungle

• Create new outplay opportunities that enhance Wukong's identity as a tricky, uniquely mobile skirmisher with a hit-and-run combat pattern



Here are all the changes introduced in League of Legends Patch 10.2:


Wukong


•All changes reverted


Sylas - Changed (already hotfixed to live servers)


Petricite Burst (Passive):

• Primary target damage increased from <110% AD (+25% AP) to <130% AD (+25% AP)>

• Attack speed while active increased from 60% to 80%

Chain Lash (Q):

• Q2 damage increased from <60/105/150/195/240 (+80% AP)> to <60/115/170/225/280 (+80% AP)>

Kingslayer (W) :

• Cooldown lowered from <14/12.5/11/9.5/8s> to <13/11.5/10/8.5/7s>




Draven - Changed


Whirling Death (R):

• Bonus AD changed to 110/130/150% from 110%



Qiyana - Changed


Terrashape (W): 

• Attack speed changed to 5/10/15/20/25% from 20%



Aphelios - Changed

Calibrum (Q):

 Q cooldown increased to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 from 9/8.25/7.5/6.75/6 •

Mark damage changed to <15 (+20% bAD)> from <20/25/30/35/40> (+30% bAD) •


Severum (Q):

Q damage changed to <30% bAD per hit> from <35% bAD>  •


:Crescendum (Q)

  • Off-hand AD value changed to <1-2.23 (for 0-10 mini Crescendum)> from <1-2.64 (for 0-10 mini Crescendum)>





Karma - Buffed


Inner Flame (Q):

• Damage increased to 90/135/180/225/270 from 80/125/170/215/260

Focused Resolve (W):

• Damage increased to 40/65/90/115/140 from 30/55/80/105/130



Lulu - Buffed


Stats:

• Armor increased to 29 from 28.22

• AD increased to 47 from 46.368


Help, Pix! (E):

Cooldown decreased to 8 from 10


Nautilus - Nerfed

Dredge Line (Q):

Damage decreased to 70/115/160/205/250 from 80/130/180/230/280


Sona - Buffed


Song of Celerity (E):

Haste % for allies increased to <10/11.5/13/14.5/16% (+4% per 100 AP)> from <10/11/12/13/14 (+3% per 100 AP)>

Haste % for Sona increased to <25% (+4% per 100 AP)> from 10-14 (+3% per 100 AP)>


Trundle - Buffed


Frozen Domain (W):

Movement speed increased to 30/35/40/45/50% from 20/25/30/35/40%

Pillar of Ice (E):

Slow effect increased to 20/30/40/50/60% from 15/25/35/45/55%


Viktor - Fixed


Hex Core bugfix:

Viktor now gets his base mana per level (25) instead of hexcore mana value (5-15)


Ziggs - Changed


Bouncing Bomb (Q):  

Damage increased to 85/130/175/220/265 from 75/120/165/210/225

Satchel Charge (W): 

Knockback increased to 500 from 400

Hexplosive Minefield (E):

Slow changed to 30/35/40/45/50% from 20/25/30/35/40%


Jinx - Buffed


Get Excited! (P):

Bonus movement speed now also applies when damaging Epic Monsters.


Item Changes:



Cloak of Agility – Nerfed:

Effects:  

Chance of a critical decreased to 20% from 25%


Frozen Heart – Buffed:

Effects:  

Armor increased to 110 from 100


Stormrazor – Nerfed:

Effects:

Attack damage decreased to 50 from 55
